Both cards are Paradox Pokmon, one from the past and another from the future, and both are Pokmon ex cards, which means they're very powerful and importantly, very cool
The competition was the first Pokmon illustration contest to be held outside of Japan, and invited international fans to submit artwork created in the video games Free Paint mode across two categories: Dress-Up Pikachu, featuring the popular electric mouse in costumes, and Your Favorite Pokmon, which allowed for any Pokmon to be drawn
